Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Table Mountain Paragliding website and services, including bookings, enquiries and communication via WhatsApp or other channels. By making a booking or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
About us
Table Mountain Paragliding provides tandem paragliding experiences in Cape Town, South Africa. Contact bookings@tmparagliding.com or WhatsApp +27714600474 with any questions.
Bookings and payments
All bookings are subject to availability and suitable weather conditions. A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation by email or WhatsApp. Payment terms are communicated at booking. We may cancel or reschedule for weather, safety or operational reasons.
Weather and safety
Paragliding is weather dependent. Flights may be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled at short notice. Passengers must follow the instructions of the pilot and ground crew. We may refuse service when safety requirements are not met.
WhatsApp communication
We use WhatsApp Business for booking confirmations, weather updates, schedule changes, operational information and customer support. By contacting us on WhatsApp, you consent to messages related to your enquiry or booking. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages.
Limitation of liability
Paragliding is an adventure activity involving inherent risk. Passengers must complete an indemnity form before flying. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Table Mountain Paragliding is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Intellectual property
Website text, original images and branding remain the property of Table Mountain Paragliding unless otherwise stated.
Privacy and data deletion
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Data deletion requests may be sent to admin@tmparagliding.com and will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
